TREATMENTS
PLATELET RICH FIBRIN MATRIX
Commonly known as PRP, Platelet-Rich Fibrin Matrix (PRFM) promotes your body’s natural healing abilities by utilizing your own blood platelets to release growth factors. Growth factors are protein molecules found naturally in your body that help stimulate growth and repair by regulating cell growth, preventing cell death, and increasing blood circulation.
A controlled separation process is utilized to create a concentrated platelet solution from your own blood. PRFM takes this solution to the next level through a proprietary step by forming a gel-like substance, or scaffolding, that protects and preserves platelets for injection.
EXOSOMES
Exosomes are the exciting next advancement in regenerative medicine with vast potential to stimulate healing and repair. Exosomes are naturally occurring vesicles and proteins that are formed within cells, including Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs). When Exosomes exit these cells, they transfer information to neighboring or distant cells much like a delivery truck with GPS. Once they arrive at their destination, they signal cells to regenerate, repair, and heal.
GRI utilizes highly concentrated Exosomes derived from donor placental tissue MSCs. These stem cells secrete potent Exosomes that act powerfully to promote healing.
STEM CELLS
Stem cells are cells within your body that promote growth, healing, and repair. Stem cells are cells from which other cells are generated. These cells can divide to form more cells of the same type or can differentiate to form other types of cells. Stem cells also secrete Exosomes and growth factors that stimulate repair. Stem cells can be collected from your own body and injected into areas that need repair.
A2M
Alpha 2 Macroglobulin (A2M) is an advanced non surgical option for osteoarthritic joint pain and degenerative disc disease. Osteoarthritis is a type of joint disease that results in breakdown of cartilage – the tissue located between the bone of your joints that helps maintain smooth and painless movement. Degeneration of joints and spinal discs commonly lead to debilitating joint and spine pain. A recently discovered, unique biomarker protein called Fibronectin-Aggrecan Complex has been identified in spine discs and joints that are inflamed and painful. A small sample of joint or disc fluid can be sent for analysis. If this biomarker is present, A2M therapy can inhibit the degenerative cascade and promote natural healing by reducing inflammation and further deterioration of your cartilage or discs.
AMNIOTIC FLUID
Not only does it surround and protect the fetus as it develops in the mother’s womb, but 100% Pure Amniotic Fluid is rich in nutrients, growth factors and proteins that helps develop the fetus in the womb and supports healing in humans. PROLOTHERAPY
Prolotherapy is a non surgical technique for treating chronic pain around joints and ligaments. It involves injecting small amounts of an irritant such as a sugar solution into those areas. This causes localized inflammation in the painful structures. As the inflammation resolves, healing occurs which can result in improved stability and decreased pain. These improvements can be maintained long-term after a series of injections.
